Everards Brewery Ltd

Everards Brewery was founded in 1849 by William Everard and continues to operate as an independent family business.

Based in Leicestershire, Everards state-of-the-art brewery, Beer Hall and shop sits proudly on 70 acres of beautiful greenspace, named ‘Everards Meadows’ that they have opened to the public to enjoy. A traffic free route with quality cycling and pedestrian walkways and an abundance of wildlife it’s a great place to enjoy a pint or two!

Two breweries are located within the Everards building, a main brewery and a small batch brewery on enabling them to brew a wide range of interesting beers for their pubs, as Beer Hall exclusives and for their shop customers to enjoy.

See www.everards.co.uk for the latest on Everards and how to get to Everards Meadows.

Everards brew a range of cask ales and craft beers including local favourite Tiger Copper Ale, first brewed in 1972 and the official beer of the Leicester Tigers and Leicester Riders and a selection of limited-edition and small batch brews.

Run a pub with Everards

Everards has over 150 pubs across the Midlands in a mixture of busy town centre sites and picturesque villages. Many of these pubs have been in the estate for years thanks to their long heritage and commitment to maintaining properties. People are at the heart of the business and Everards are proud to work with fantastic independent business owners who run Everards pubs on a three-year tenancy agreement. All the tenancy agreements offer Landlord & Tenant Protection which means that you would have the right to renew at the end of your three years (assuming of course you haven’t broken your agreement), a really important feature which offers you security.

Never run a pub before or a bit rusty? Everards offer a no-commitment “Try before you buy” experience where you can spend some time in a pub to see what it’s really like and help decide whether it’s for you. Every person taking on their own pub is different with varying experience and skills so a tailored approach to learning and development is taken. Each pub has a dedicated business relationship manager who will work with you as much, or as little, as you need and want. This approach has been recognised by the industry’s prestigious Publican Awards where Everards has been recognised as “Pub Company of the Year (Leased / Tenanted under 200 sites)” a remarkable five times, since 2008. A wonderful accolade alongside their many awards and recognition, as many Everards pubs have been acknowledged as their local CAMRA branch’s “Pub of the Year”.
